I am an experienced professional counsellor working in the heart of Bayside, seeing both couples and individuals with a focus on relationship issues.​

Sessions are tailored to suit you, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches as we work together. ​I often draw on emotionally-focussed therapy, internal family systems and relational life therapy
